WARMLY BISMA
ANSWER: Hello Bisma from Pakistan,
My first suggestion is to change clinics. IVF clinics are very rigorous and standardized in that a strict protocol is followed, including medications to help with implantation. If you are not being given medications to help with this, then your clinic is not following the usual protocols.
Secondly, if there is a sperm problem and ICSI is required, IVF is the only treatment option or the only way that ICSI can be done. In that case, you need to continue trying with IVF. But again, you need to see the right clinic for success to occur. For example, in my area of Northern California, when comparing pregnancy rates in under 35 year old women, the average rate is 47.4% per cycle, but there is a clinic that only gets 27.5% per cycle. Would you want to go to a clinic that has a pregnancy rate less than the average? It is possible that you are going to such a clinic. So you need to find a clinic that has high pregnancy rates for your age group.

AnswerHello again,
You certainly can use the low dose aspirin, but I would not recommend using the heparin, medrol or progesterone without being under the care of a doctor prescribing them.
As mentioned previously, I think you need to change IVF clinics. Other than that, I don't have any other suggestions I can make at this time.
