Endometrioma & IVF: Exploring Donor Eggs and ERA - A Doctor's Perspective

I m 32yrs now, ttc for last 5 yrs. Had endometrioma removed 5 yrs back from oNe ovary which didnot reoccur. After that tried ivf 7 times, with all negative beta. Once conceived naturally misCarried at 2 months.
amh is 3.2

Afc is also good
trtried intralipids also.
also clexane.
now doctor suggests donor egg...
what do uthink doc regarding endometriodis effecting egg's ability to implant? Or shud we testendometrial receptivity(ERA)?

Hello Ria from India,

I do not think that your endometriosis is the cause of your IVF failures.  IVF is the treatment of choice for stage IV (advanced) endometriosis because it bypasses the pelvis.  Without a thorough review of your cycles/medical records, I cannot tell you why you've failed so many times, but maybe you should try a different center? Failing that many times is very unusual at your age, so I can only attribute the failures to something with the clinic you are using.
