Answer
Hello Pooja from India,

I don't know what doubts you could have but here are the answers to your questions:

1.       yesterday i had an ultrasound showing USMA 32 week 1 day and foetal seen in cephalic presentation with anterior placenta position and AFI is 12, foetals EFW (AC.BPD.HL.HC) 1955 gram +/- 293.36 gram is it normal?
    - It all seems very normal to me.

2.       i heard from lot of ladies that short height and fatty women always have cesarian. is it true?
    - That is not true but the risk is certainly higher.

3.       my height is 4.11 ft and weight is now 83kg. and my BP always vary in between 130/80 to 140/90 will this affect at the time of delivery? or what should i do to keep BP at normal level?
    - Your blood pressure is certainly elevated and your doctor needs to keep a close eye on it, as well as, check your urine for protein.  There is an obstetrical disease called preeclampsia that you may have, which is manifest by elevated blood pressure and protein in the urine.  If you have this disorder, you need to be managed appropriately to prevent risks to you and your baby.
4.       i am worrying about c- section delivery. i want my baby healthy by normal delivery. i use to go for walk around 2 km per day. what should i do to have normal delivery?
    -  There is no way to predict this.  It will depend on the circumstances when you are ready to deliver.

4.        i heard about epidural injection for painless delivery. will this help at the time of delivery? can i insist my gyn for this injection?
    -  Epidural is a very good pain control method for women in labor and you should definitely discuss this with your doctor.
