im 4 weeks pregnant is it normal to have lite bleeding_

No it is not normal. My advice is to get rest with avoidance of household activities, sex, heavy lifting and other similar activities. If you work, you better get off work till complete cessation of bleeding. The next step will be to have an ultasound examination to have a baseline data about your pregnancy.
