I had my last period on november 17 which was normal like the last ones.Lasted for 5 days with usual amount of bleeding.then on november 30 I started having some spotting which lasted for 2 days.I didn't worry about that because I used to get spotting in the middle of my cycle .But for the last few days I am having nausea,soreness in my breasts,headaches and tiredness.Iam wondering if this is pregnancy?I have 2 kids and in both I didn't have even spotting through my entire pregnancy! I haven't taken any home preg tests,but if I take one and if it comes out negative could that con firm that I am not pregnant?do I need to see a doc for this?"

With those symptoms it is possible that you are pregnant, but pregnancy is not the only possible source of those symptoms. You should go ahead and check a home pregnancy test. I would recommend that you wait and see if you have a period at the scheduled time. If you don't, then do a pregnancy test.
