Internal Cleansing: Navigating Colon & Intestinal Cleanses - Expert Advice

I dont know if this is your area, but you may be able to help me. I am interested in doing an internal cleanse - intestinal/colon etc., for several reasons.  I do not know where to start. there are alot of things out there. do I need to be under a doctors care to do this? or can i just buy something on the web that looks good? if this is not your area, i apologize.

This is tricky stuff.  You need to see either an ND or an MD specializing in nutritional medicine.  Internal bowel cleansing can be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing or treating.  My suggestion is to find a practitioner and seek advice.  Check out www.acam.org of www.lef.org for list of doctors in your area.
