Answer
There are several things you can do to help reduce your hemorroids.  Kegels can help firm up that area as well as your vaginal area, so don't forget your Kegel exercises.  They are very important.  Diet is important, too.  Constipation makes hemorrhoids worse, so make sure you have plenty of fiber in your diet, and plenty of fruits and vegetables.  Try not to strain when you go to the bathroom, as the pushing will make them worse.  Finally, stay active.  Get your daily exercise, keep moving, and don't lounge on the couch for too long.  Any extended pressure (as from sitting while leaning back) on that area will make things worse.

And time is also your friend.  It can take up to a year to fully recover from childbirth.  Take good care of yourself, and you should see steady improvement.
