Understanding Vasopressor-Induced Syncope: Causes & Information

Question
Can you tell something about "vasodypressor syncope"? Thank you.

Answer
I think you have your spelling off enough where I can't recognize this term.  In general, syncope means fainting... that can come from several different mechanisms... not enough blood to the brain either from a lung problem, heart rythym problem, blood pressure problem, etc.

Vasopressor is something that would raise the blood pressure by constricting the arteries in the body.  The terms together may mean that the blood vessels have dilated (opened up) dropping the blood pressure and flow to the brain, causing a fainting spell.
