QuestionI am 67 years old male with HBP on Cardivas-3.25 twice and Loram(5mg). I have no IHD DM or Thyroid problem. Since last 2 months, I had a hoarse voice and went to senior ENT who conducted Laryngoscopy and concluded that I have Vocal cord edema. He gave me antibiotics and anti-allergy medicines. I had no improvement. Thereafter, my cousin brother who is a consuting General practisioner examined me and advised me to approach neurophysician as he suspected Vocal cord paresis. I approached Neurophysician who advised me to undergo Blood Tests like CBC TSH ESR Blood Sugar and Acetyl Choline Receptor Antibody. All the tests are found normal. He diognised as FLUCTUATING DYSARTHRIA:
