My mother is 48 yrs old . She has had frequent blackouts since 2001 . Especially when she gets emontionally upset . I just wanted to know if this is harmful for her . She will not go to see a doctor . Is there anything that I can do for her to help these stop .

Yes, if her doctor would approve she could take 2000mg of fish oil twice daily with high potency B Complex, calcium with vit D and 500mg of magnesium twice daily along with a woman's multivitamin. Some would add 81 mg of aspirin daily. Would not hurt her to get her sugar and cholesterol checked. OK?
