Can you get hiv from touching blood on clothes, I think it was dry but can not be sure.  I did not see blood on my hands and do not have cuts.
I was doing someone's laundry and came across bloody underwear.

If the blood was dry, then no, the aids virus is dead.  It is not a very hardy virus andis killed pretty easily

if it is wet blood, it could be infectious, but has to make it past the skin which is an excellent barrier unless there is an open cut or abrasion or real inflamed rash. (like bad poisen ivy) or bad exzema.
