Post-Cholecystectomy Digestive Issues: Causes & Solutions


Question
Is it normal, years after a gall bladder has been removed to still have alot of digestive problems. Such as needing to use the rest room 15 to 20 miniutes after eating all most every time I eat.(In an emergancy, not leasurly) (some times befor Im done eating)...or/and after eating sever bloating, abdominal pain, and whole body discomfort. If this is not normal or expected what can be done and what may be the cause? ANY help or any kind of answer would be greatly appriciated   THANK You

Yes, go on a gluten free sugar free diet with no peanuts, flax, soy, or poultry to clear your problem in 3-4 weeks.

Ask your doctor but this is what I use for my patients:
1) Fish oil 2000mg (600 mg EPA/DHA) before each meal and at bedtime
2) High Potency B complex, (B-100) before each meal
3) Magnesium oxide 250 mg before each meal and at bed
4) Calcium carbonate with Vit D at dinner and bed
5) Vit C 500 mg before each meal
6) Vit E 400 IU twice a day
7) Cinnamon 1/4 tsp in food before each meal if over weight
