Chicken Pox Scars: Treatment & Removal Options

Hi

My sister who is 28 is just recovering from chicken pox. she has black
marks all over her body particularly face and arms that look quite ugly
and being a previously pretty person who needs her looks for her job as
a TV Presenter, she is quite worried about this. Her GP has asked her
to use Vit E creme for it.
A friend of mine who was living in USA sometime back said that when she
got it she used a cream that got rid of the marks completely within
days. She doesn't remember the name of it. Just said that it was white and
there was a soap also of the same brand. Any idea what this is or
anything that will get rid of the marks quickly?

There isn't any magic... the key is to keep the skin moisturized, don't pick at the scabs, and if any get a secondary bacterial infection, to get on oral antibiotics right away.  No, there isn't a magic medicine or cream.  There are several anti-scar medications, like mederma cream that may help a little.
