QuestionIs it safe for a 4 year old child to take singular,zyrtec,nasonex,albuterol, and a nebulizer daily - not for a certain # of days but everyday for the rest of their life?
AnswerSafer than their asthma untreated but we use a different program to avoid most of these drugs side effects long term.
Ask your doctor but this is what I use for my patients:
1) Fish oil 1000mg (900 mg EPA/DHA) just before each meal and at bedtime.
2) High Potency B complex, (B-50) just before each meal
3) Magnesium oxide 250 mg taken just before each meal
4) Vit C 500 mg just before each meal
