QuestionHi. I noticed about a week ago that my chest was hurting, well it was almost right on top of my heart it felt. I could feel the pain going straight to my back and if i stood up straight it felt as if my chest would crack. Last night i looked at my back in mirror and noticed a large bump, literally the size of a golf ball and is very noticeable if u were to see my bare back. What do u think it is?

My professional opinion is to definitely see a doctor about your situation. Only a doctor can diagnose if you are critically injured or possibly ill.
I will tell you from my personal experience that although muscle tension can radiate from your pectorals muscle (your chest) through your body to your back muscles, the muscle usually does not swell into a circle or ball shaped object.
Please consult a physician, and after the doctor tells you that you are free and clear of illness, or injury then I would see out a Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, or possibly Acupuncture.
