I had tubal 9 1/2 years ago and my last period was july 3. What do i need to do?

start buying baby clothes.....

just kidding.... you need to do a home pregnancy test with a first morning urine (more concentrated) and then if positive, get an ultrasound to make sure it isn't a tubal pregnancy. (tubal ligation patients are higher risk)
