Second Opinion for Bone Condition After Osteomyelitis: Exploring Treatment Options

i am facing a new problem with my leg they tell me there nothing they can do but i wont say i can ecept that for a answer i had a past infection in my bone of my right ankle and now i am facing a new problem and i am willing to go to any leaght to figure what my options are as they told me in 04 that the infection was way beyond treatment i went to india for care they cured the infection and my leg healed  the new problem i am facing is that i have lost all feeling ecept for pain is increasing and the stablitity is was bad  my foot stay cold feel like ice inside cold to touch on the outside i am facing A DISCOLORATION IN THE SCARE AERA AND OF COURSE I FEAR THE WROST BUT I NEED TO FIND A PERMINT ANSWER IN HOW TO FIX THIS OR RELEAVE IT I BEEN ON CIPRO FOR EVER AND A DAY I USE FEET WARMER SO THAT MY FOOT DONT GET SO COLD AND SOME TIMES I GET RED STRIKES THAT RUN DOWN INTO MY FOOT AND IF I AM ON MY FEET FOR A LONG TIME THEN IT SWELLS AND SWELLS MY HOLE LEG .NOW I HAVE NOTICED THAT I AM FACING PROBLEMS WITH MY ASTHMA AND NOTHING SEEM TO SETTLE IT . AM ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A FAST HEART RATE SOME TIMES MY HEART RATE HIT 150 TO 160 THE DOCK HERE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO FOR IT BUT IF I AM ABLE TO KEEP THE PAIN LEAVEL DOWN THEN I CAN KEEP MY HEART AND BLOOD PERSURE DOWN WHAT DO YOU THINK MY NEXT STEP SHOULD BE ? AND CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY ADVICE I AM PRETTY TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO SLEEP CAUSE THE PAIN INCREASING SO MUCH AT NIGHT

This sounds like a significant health problem.... you need to go to your doctor or to the hospital.  

You may have RSD- reflex sympathetic dystrophy in the leg... the nerves that control the blood vessels can "go crazy" and cause the blood vessels to spasm down.  But you need to make sure your infection has not recurred.  Staying on Cipro isn't an answer... resistance to this antibiotic can occur pretty easily.  Get it checked out....
