Understanding Sinus Cysts & Alternative Explanations for Sinus Symptoms

Hello and thank you in advance for your time and guidance. I recently had an MRI for several neurological symptoms I've been experiencing and it was discovered that I have a "retention cyst" or "polyp" in my left sinus cavity. I have not really noticed any changes as far as my sinus symptoms go (I've always had bad sinus infections/constant "stuffiness) and this did not show up in previous MRIs from 2-3 years ago. What other things could it possibly be that need to be addressed? Thank you for your time and help.

MRI's really are great tools to define what is in certain structures.... it is most likely that this is a sinus cyst and it is unlikely to cause any neuro symptoms.... sometimes sinus infections.  And, several sinus infections may have led to the cyst......
