I keep getting this inside my lip on and off it looks fluid bubble

ANSWER: picture isn't clear, but it may be a mucous retention cyst, a little blocked gland that produces mucous...... those can be popped and opened and can go away but can recur if not done quite right.

I never pop them , they go and come on their owned, i found online they called mucocoele.R they serious ?
Also I have an other question , I'm 28 f 5"4 128 I eat and can't seem to gain weight with clothes and no clothes my scale doesn't change by much , per example yesterday before I went to bed I was 131 today I'm back to 128 not sure if its normal or not
What are thoughts plz

Answerthat is another name for mucous retention cyst.....
the weight fluctuation is normal.... it changes with what comes in and what goes out.... what you eat and drink and what you urinate or defecate out.... it can vary by a few pounds.
Also, scales may not be that accurate... they are good in the long run but have a little variation in them.
