Decoding Jewelry Stamps: Understanding 'Newsalt', 'UK', and 585

Question
I have a ring in dome shape with many gems(diamonds, rubies, emeralds and sapphires)in it, and on the inside there are stamps of "585" (this has been answered by you already. 585=14K) my question is this...What is the stamp "Newsalt"? and stamp in the shape of a house nothing inside and also 2 square box stamps with "UK" in it?

Answer
Newsalt may be the manufacture, I'm not sure. It may also be the name of that particular style or collection it belongs to UK - I would imagine would stand for United Kingdom.
