asalaamualaikum. I wanted to know is it permissible in islam to have oral sex AKA 69 as the term today. meaning have a blow job with your wife. I mean no disrespect but everytime I ask this question I never get an answer and it is something that does need answering.

I'm unfamiliar with the laws of Islam.  As I'm a Christian, so I really don't have any accurate answer for you.  My guess is (since you're married) that it would be fine to engage in this  behavior, as a part of being intimate with each other.  It would be like just any other form of sex act in the privacy of your own home.  I'm not sure if this fully answers your question.
