Answer
The cramping can be normal, especially if it is not accompanied by bleeding or spotting.  The pains when you cough are called round ligament pains and are also normal.  Both of these are caused by the growing uterus and the stretching of its supporting ligaments and tissues.  They are much more common in second and subsequent pregnancies.

The foul-smelling discharge is something you'll want your doctor to check out.  This could be a sign of either a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis, an infection in your vagina.  The is not directly related to your pregnancy, but could be harmful if left untreated.  A simple course of medication, either oral or vaginal, should easily clear it up.

Good luck, and congratulations!
