2-3cm Dilated & Lost Mucus Plug: What's Next?

I am 2-3 cm dilated, 70effaced and just lost my plug. how log can I go before I go into true labor? only 2 contractions in two days.

It is great that you will start your labor being 2-3 cm already! You can't predict when labor will start based on dilation or your mucus plug. It sounds like it may be a while if you are not having that many contractions yet. Good luck!!
