QuestionMy Husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 1 year now. We have an 8-year-old that took about 6 months to concieve. I have been on clomid for the past 6months, we have done everything right. I am hopeful this is the month, but I have cramps already, and I am not due to start menastration until Jan. 30. Are cramps normal with this drug, or should I prepare myself for another round of clomid, and a trip to a specialist?
AnswerCindy,
The cramping could be completely normal. Without more information, it's impossible to say. I know how frustrating this is, but you'll just have to wait and see. Be hopeful for the best, but prepare for a visit to a reproductive endocrinologist.
Best,
Catherine
