Nipple Hardness & Pain: Causes & What to Do - Pakistan

hi
i m male of 30, still unmarried
since last 3 months i feel some hardness inside my left nipple
it cause very little pain when it touch.
while right nipple is normal and soft.
this hardness is found on the tip of nipple only and nothing any where else
no color change or injury is seen apparently
is this serious
or normal
plz answer my question

Since you are 1. male and 2. only 30 your risk of anything malignant there is small. But since I for obvious reasons can not examine you myself I do suggest that you should let a doctor check it. It may be a case of normal fibroadenomatosis only which can happen in males too and which is not dangerous. But without an examination we can not be sure so please have one!
