Question Swelling on Nipple
QUESTION: Am 25 yrs old male, i feel like a small swelling in my left nipple, the swelling is for the past 10 years, not feeling more pain on touching and arousing, but felt more pain on accidental fast touches. Embrassed to consult with physician and consult with which specialist. Image attached, pl help.
ANSWER: Unfortunately the picture is not enough for any diagnosis. A thorough examination is necessary. And for geographical reasons that is not possible for me to do. So my advice must be that you let a local doctor check you. Pain is usually not a symptom of early cancer. If you have had the swelling for 10 years it is also unlikely that this is a sign of cancer. Never the less I do suggest that you let a doctor check you. Good luck!
