HI, IM 37 YEAR OLD. WITH 1 CHILD. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH HELLP SYNDROM WITH MY LAST CESSAREAN AND WAS SERIOUSLY ILL. SINCE THEN IM ON TENORMIN FOR MY BLOOD PRESSURE. I WOULD LIKE TO WHICH CONTRACEPTIVE IS SUITABLE FOR ME AS I CANT TAKE ANY HORMONAL . THANKS.

I am sorry to hear of your story. I feel that hormonal contraception is unhealthy anyway so I usually recommend condoms or Natural family planning.
