I just went off the pill about 3 weeks ago. My boyfriend and I had (unprotected) sex where he withdrew. (I know... dangerous/bad move).
My nipples have been very sore for about a week now, and I've been very tired. I'm worried that I might be pregnant.
What are the symptoms of going off the pill and could they be similar to that of pregnancy?

Everyone reacts differently when going off of the pill. You may notice that your nipples are sore only because it can sometimes be a sign of pregnancy and you think that you might be pregnant. Wait until you are a week late with your period and then take a pregnancy test.
