Control Your Period with Birth Control Pills: A Guide

Question
Hello, I was wondering if its possible to take the pill so my period comes the first week of every month instead of the last week?

Answer
Once you're on the pill, you can have your period almost whenever you wish.  The 2 rules are to take the active pills for at least 21 days each month and never go more than 7 days without an active pill.  If your period currently comes the last week of the month, you could skip the dummy pills at the end of the pack, start a new pack, and then stop 2-3 days before you wish your period to start.  Wait 7 days and start a new pack.
