me and my girlfriend have been having sex ,she is on birth control and she is now late by 4 or 5 days we haven't used condoms as well to frequently we are both very worried do you think she is pregnant.

I'm not a medical doctor so I suggest she go to her physician and get advice. You can go to this website http://www.optionline.org and find a free testing center in your area. Call them and talk and also schedule a free pregnancy test. No birth control method is 100% safe. Have you thought about abstinence.
