Lost Mirena IUD: What to Do and Potential Complications

my mirena was lost well it started i had it put in in oct 2009 week later i had to get a mri because i was havin back problems  i was in an accident in 1005 so they wanted to check my disks well after my mri i was bleeding every day heave til end of march they finally got me in tellin me my mirena gone told me i need to get an ultrasound  then referred me to another obgyn to where they jus cut me open and scraped and burned my uterus not doin no other procedure to find the mirena could the mri moved it in my body i been in severe pain now the docs want to jus do a hysterectmy  i feel no one tried to find it jus assumed n tortured me and tryin to torture me again the only thing they did to look 4 it was an ultrasound and i seen in other stories they did cat scans and other procedures before they jus cut ppl open and assume what can i do they want to do  another surgery in may  this is crazy they want to take everything out i feel no one was being fair to me

I would recommend that you find another doctor because you should not risk these people again, in my opinion. Do you have a trusted friend or counselor to help you with this and the problems?
