Understanding Post-Cesarean Medical Terminology: What Does 'Rectem' Mean?

i had a ceaseran operation while i was at labour i was haring from the doctors that i failed to give a normal labour to (thier is a rectem) i could not understand what is this rectem they meant may be a spelled it wrongly but it sound as retem.

  I'd really like to help.  Did they say there is a rectum?

sounds like   rek  tum?

The ONLY thing I can guess if that is what they said is that possibly your baby was breech and they felt the baby's bottom instead of it's head.

Was your baby head down?

Other than that, it's really hard to undertand what they meant.
