What to Do After Missing Birth Control Pills: Expert Advice

Okay I have horrible memory and forget to take my birth control. So i missed two days so i took two one day and two the next day just like my doctor told me to well i forgot to take it again last night so should i just stop the pack or take two again??

I would again take 2 and continue to the end of the pack.  Since you've missed that many pills, I would also use backup for 1 week.  The trick in not missing pills is to put the pill near something you do every day.  For example, if you always brush your teeth before you go to bed, put the pills next to the tooth paste.  Best wishes.
