Beyaz Spotting & Heavy Bleeding: What to Do?
QuestionI have been taking Beyaz for quite some time now (years) and have experienced spotting or breakthrough bleeding at times (usually in the middle of pill packs). I take Beyaz without having a period each month, but at times I do go ahead and have a period at the end of the month if spotting has started. Recently, I have just started a new pack. I have taken 2 active pills. Today I experienced heavy bleeding. I am not sure what to do because if I continue taking the active pills, I will bleed on and off continuously for weeks or even possibly until it is time to have a period at the end of this new pack. Is it okay to stop taking the active pills for 4 days like I was going to have a period since I am so early into the pack? Will this mess up the rest of my pack once I resume taking it? I just do not want to bleed for a whole month if I could just have a period right now and resume the next pill in line after the fourth day of inactivity like the placebos.
AnswerAshton, I'm sorry for the delay but I just got your question. I hope that you got some medical advice when you needed it. I don't have much experience with beyaz so would have to do some research. What did you end up doing? Please let me know what happened in your situation. My private email address is CHERYL51@aol.com
