Inability to Conceive After Abortion: Seeking Fertility Advice

hi an 27 years of age ..i took sycotex pills to have an abortion about 3years ago and 2 this day i still cannot get pregnant...PLEASE PLEASE give me some type of advice of what to do i really want to get pregnant now.. i regret that abortion so bad now....am scared please help me..... and tell me what to do or what type of procedure a doctor should take in helping me...PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Dear Lana,
It sounds like you need an evaluation with a fertility specialist.  It is highly unlikely or impossible that a cytotec abortion could cause infertility.  Cytotec does not cause any changes to your uterus, and shouldn't prevent you from getting pregnant.  You should check to see if there is come other problem going on, or whether you are having sex at the right times to get pregnant.  This is beyond my area of expertise.
