Question i had a medical abortion on jan 4 this year, and had the first period on feb 3 ,which contains pretty heavy flows. supposedly,i was gonna have period again at the begining , so far ,i still haven't got it yet .my periods used to be very regular . could it be the abortion that is effecting ? please let me know .i'd really appreciate it .

A medical abortion involves the use of powerful hormones. In fact, the manufacturer of the second pill instructs it is NOT to be used during pregnancy, so using it for abortion is off label. It would seem relatively inevitable that it would unbalance your system. There is also the possibility you could be pregnant again, if you have been sleeping with someone.
