if i tell my main docter about my abortion will they want to see medical records from the clinic?

It is unlikely that your doctor will request medical records, unless you want them to be included in your chart.  Medical records of abortion services are fairly standardized and don't typically offer relevant medical information. Generally there is no medical reason to tell you doctor about the abortion, unless you are having a problem you need to discuss.
