Understanding Post-Mifepristone & Misoprostol Bleeding: What to Expect

Question
Hello,
Took mifepristone and misoprostol (4+2), for confirmed non-ectopic pregnancy around 4/5 weeks; ultrasound facilities basic so could not confirm exact age but said was very small. Started spotting just prior to 2nd dose of misop and then some moderate bleeding - one pad, a few cramps, mild pain and then a tiny amount of additional bleeding. Next day, no pain or cramps and no more bleeding.
Is it likely that this means an incomplete abortion? Is my only option to wait 10 days or so and then have another ultrasound? Should I try and repeat dose misoprostol? I can't consult doctor here as abortion not legal.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Answer
Dear Maya,
Normally the dosage sceme is 3(or 1)mifepristone  and 3 Misoprostol, 2-3 days later.
As your pregnancy was very young the fetus is as big as a grain of rice.
I think - if the drugs were no fake - the abortion is complete.
It is very difficult to see on the US if the uterus is really empty. Sometimes after an early abortion some bloodclots stay inside for a while and expelled by the following period.
It easier to watch the reaction of your body, especially your breasts. You can feel the difference between being pregnant or not any more.
A pregtest is effective 3 weeks after the abortion. Not earlier.
Good bye for now, and no worry.
