Abortion and OB-GYN Appointments: What to Expect

I had a abortion at 6weeks due to hypernemisis dehydration low potassium all b/c I was unable to stop vomiting. even water came back up. I chickened out I am regretful :( . I have an appt with my obgyn its been one week. is it possible she will diagnose this as a miscarriage if I don't come clean? is it possible for her to tell its not a miscarry? what test will determine this?

Dear Ryaan,
There is no way for her to know that you had an abortion - you will need to tell her you started to bleed, heavier than a period.  She may wonder why you didn't call when the bleeding was going on - but she will not be able to tell from any examinations or blood tests.
