The answer to both questions is YES.
I am sorry for you, but in India this can not be done safely.
There are a couple of docs in the United States and Europe  who can do this.
If you want their addresses I can help you, but realize that this is
a very expensive operation.
If you feel you cannot have the baby, you could give it up for adoption.
There are hundreds of couples who would be very happy with your baby.
