As first , sorry for my bad english and i hope you understand what i wrote in hope on a answer.
I live in Switzerland and 11.march i had an abortion. After the abortion i was bleeding, which is accompanying the abortion, but i have not received a period and now is 21.april.Is that normal?
And another question, that really interested me and whom all this writing...
That it is professionally from doctor to pregnant women in the six weeks of pregnancy which is bleeding send home without any attempt to stop the bleeding and if the baby that everything was ok?
The heart of baby was ok and me also. But doctor send me at home without any medicament.
Is one of natural selection and the other is Hippocrates Oath. If i`m right?
Medical workers is now know for the problem, but the term is scheduled for two weeks. Wether the baby could be delivered?Whether the doctor acted professionally so it left to the decisions of God?
Collect opinions of doctors from various parts of the world, because my heart is looking for the truth.
Thank you for your response and sorry for disturbing.
Ana.
AnswerDear Ana,
No need to apologize for your English. I understand reasonably well. I can tell you that your English is much better than my French, Italian, or German, whatever the case may be!
First of all, having an abortion is not normal. What happens after that will be anybody's guess. Abortion disrupts the hormones of a woman's body, so anything is possible. If you are still having sex, test for pregnancy.
If you had an abortion, the purpose was to get rid of the baby. A few babies survive, but not many. So don't assume that your baby is OK. If you are pregnant again, it is likely you will do OK, but tell your doctor you had an abortion, because this could endanger your baby, so he will need to know so he can use preventive measures in the second trimester.
It is a violation of the Hippocratic Oath for a doctor to do an abortion. Right there, you're looking at someone who is unethical, so you can't trust that person to have given you good care.
I assume that you mean that you have a checkup scheduled for two weeks. Are you still experiencing symptoms of pregnancy? If I were in your position, I would expect a doctor to take good care of me and if you are still pregnant, to take good care of your baby as well. Yes, leave it up to God. If it is His will, the baby could have survived. But this is uncommon.
It is best for you to see a doctor in person. Doctors who respond to you over the internet won't be able to tell you what is going on with your body specifically. Find someone other than the one who did the abortion. Find someone who thinks of a pregnant mother as two patients. If you need help finding someone, let me know. Or you can go here: http://www.heartbeatinternational.org/worldwide_directory.asp In the dropdown list, find "Switzerland". There are two listed for the country. They may be able to make a recommendation.
Please let me know what happens. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Take care.
