Misoprostol Bleeding After Miscarriage: What to Expect & When to Worry

Dear Shan,
My regular period cycle is on mar 17th2010, it did't came on time and i have undergone to pregnency test and it came possitive.
So i took mefipristone 200mg on 20th mar 2010 and nothing  happened, then i took misoprostrol 200 mcg X 2 per day (at a time) for three days (i.e.21,22 and 23rd mar 2010).
on 21st it was satrted bleeding heavly and some tolerable pain was also there. And bleeding come to normal.but still i am bleeding today (i.e.30th mar 2010)
it was little heavy. "still how many days it will be there". please help me....

Hi Reema,
According to the data you give, me everything is normal with you.
Bleeding patterns after an abortion always tend to be irregular.
Bleeding will stop also. Just be patient. No worry !
Take care and do not have unprotected sex anymore unless you want a baby.
