QuestionIam 26 yrs old,married 5 months ago.My period is regular,recurring every 26-29 days,of average amount,lasting for 5days,and associated with spasmodic dysmenorrhea and no midcycle bleeding .When went to gynecologist 3 months ago for folliculometry,the dr noticed lutienized unruptured follicle on my left ovary after giving me hcg 10000 units,then he gave me progesterone supplement for 10 days starting from day 21 of my cycle and the menses occurred after 5 days and i stopped capsules.By TVS on day 3 of my next cycle he found the cyst disappeared and decided to gave me CLOMID 100mg per day for 5 days.On day 9 of my cycle by TVS there was follicle of 20mm on my left ovary,and 3 follicles(16mm,17mm,19mm) on my rt ovary,the dr gave me hcg 10000 units next day.I did midluteal progesterone 24ng/ml and prolactin 20ng/ml.on day 28 of cycle my hcg was 111 and i became very happy with my pregnancy that didn't last long,one week after i began having dull aching pain on my rt side referred to my rt leg followed by vaginal spotting and by abdominal us there was intrautrine sac and the dr assurred me and gave me progesterone tab&injections.the pain didn't stop comes and goes and also vaginal bleeding.No one discovered my case until 8th wk of my lost pregnancy when i attacked by severe rt sided pain referred to the leg and i did TVS and there was missed intrautrine preg and early disturbed ectopic pregnancy in my rt tube and fluid in douglas pouch.urgenly,i had undergone laparoscopic salpingectomy and D&C.Now i want to know
did my prolactin level was high?
:Did clomid was the cause of that?
Why the dr gave me clomid and my period is regular,i don't have any symptoms of pco and my ovaries by TVS are normal?
How can i know that i have pcos?what are the required investigation?
What is the cause of this ectopic pg?the operating dr said that my pelvis is compeletly normal and i did't have any abdominal operations before
Is ectopic pg was the result of death of intrautrine one?
Now i have breast discharge only when pressing on my breast,is there any treatment for this?
What about my future fertility?and when can i try to conceive again?
Iam very depressed,what can i do????????????

a lot of questions.
I do not understand why you got the Clomid in the first place. Better ask him/her.
Then you got a lot of drugs as if you were a guinea pig.
All those hormones did not do you any good I fear.
A heterotopic pregnancy can always occur and is rather seldom; but not after clomid.
There is a drug called Parlodel to stop the milkproduction. Do not massage or press.
Some pressing Icecold bandages also help.
This doc of yours was overactive in my opinion, and it did you no good.
Better ask what the messures are for before people touch your body.
Do not forget that you have only one, and you are the boss.
This all might influence your future fertility. But there is one ovary left,
so no despair yet.
