Your Step-by-Step Guide to the Early Pregnancy Timeline

Pregnancy isn't like what you had imagined is it? It is amazing the different emotions that that you go through on the pregnancy timeline. Some of these can be difficult. I know that because I have been there. I want to help you be telling you about my experiences and hopefully you will find that useful.

My partner and I had been trying for a baby for a month or two so I was checking to see if I was pregnant from an early stage in the pregnancy timeline. Other people find out a lot later. When I found out my body didn't feel any different and I was unsure of how I was meant to feel.

Although when you go there is nothing really that they can do, I went to the doctors as soon as I found out. I was still very unsure when I left but at least I had an appointment booked with the midwife. When you do meet the midwife she should put your mind at ease. She went through everything on the pregnancy timeline with me.

Still not feeling pregnant? Don't worry you soon will and when you do it will hit you suddenly. The thing that affected me the most was the tiredness. I felt tired all the time. I struggled to get up in the mornings and when I arrived home from work I was worse than useless around the house. All I did was lie on the sofa.

These weren't the only pregnancy symptoms I suffered from. I had an increased sense of smell which made me feel sick all the time. It really put me off the flat that I was living in. I also had headaches and other joint aches.

I am now in the second trimester of the pregnancy timeline and I have seen a massive improvement. I have my energy back and I am enjoying being pregnant. I just hope that this feeling lasts!
