Unexpected Pregnancy After Surgical Abortion: A Personal Account

I found out I was pregnant & I scheduled an abortion at a very well known clinic. I chose to do a vacuum abortion even though I was only 6 weeks, just to be on the safe side. I continued onto life afterwards, waiting patiently to feel better. Fast forward a few months, I went to the dr, only to find out I was still pregnant-now almost 19 weeks!!! Not only was it horrifying to find out I had been pregnant the whole time, but even more difficult was the financial part. I thought I had taken care of something for $350-only to be forced to pay another $2800 later to fix what I thought had already been taken care of. My question is: does the first clinic have any kind of responsibility to give me my money back, since their procedure didn't work, and bc of this, I ended up being out 10x the money later on...??? And what in the world are the chances of this kind of thing happening???

In my opinion, I don't think that the first abortion place will give you any money back. You might have signed paperwork that had information about this. This happens quite a bit in the abortion industry. There are many situations that happen.  If you have any psychological or other problems after abortion, I would like to hear from you.
