Ovulation After Abortion: Recovery & Trying to Conceive

I had medical abortion in october, later i had my normal period on november 12, from november 22nd i started taking ovulation test its now cd 22 till now i didnt got my positive. I am trying to conceive now please help me in this reagard.

Hi dear Sangu,
You had an abortion in October and you absolutely want to conceive in November.
This is a strange world is not it ?
Anyway it is better to give your Uterus some rest to relax and heal out.
After an abortion periods and bleeding patterns are irregular and unpredictable for
a prolonged time.
So neither you nor me can know whats going on.
Be patient and wait for a couple of normal periods.
Than have sex the from the tenth day of the cycle on to the 14th day.
