QuestionI am 24. I had an abortion right when I turned 18. Then had a baby in 2006 (she is 4 now) and I had an abortion when she was 1. I am now currently pregnant again and was wondering what the risks are to having a 3rd abortion. Will it harm me and ruin my chances of having kids later on in life?

I do believe that abortion is a risk and that having a 3rd abortion could be even riskier. Some doctors and people do not think abortion has any risks or problems but I do not agree. I have worked with women in pregnancy situations and post abortion situations for 23 years and many women have had problems, physical, emotional and psychological after abortion.
So I would not encourage you to have an abortion this time or ever, for that matter. What can I do or say to help you choose another option for your pregnancy this time.
