Possible Pregnancy After Abortion Pill (Mifeprex & Cytotec) - What To Do

Question
OK. I was 5 weeks along.
On January 11th i took a mifeprex tablet, on January 12th i inserted 4 cytotec tablets vaginally.
I bled heavily for about a 4 days, then it just stopped. I was advised not to have anything inside my vagina for 2 weeks; i followed that rule.
On january 18th, my husband and I were feeling intimate, but since we still couldn't have sex, we just kinda fooled around. There was some genital to genital contact (TMI, i know), but absolutely no penetration. Really, he didn't even touch my vagina, just right above.
He did ejaculate on me, but like i said, it was not ON my vagina, just above, and i immediately washed with soap and hot water. We've actually done this a few times, each time i washed it off immediately.

Yesterday, my back was killing me and i was having all over abdominal cramps. Today i am nauseated, having very strong cramps and when i woke up, i had bled some bright red, mucousy blood that has since turned brown. Since it's been nearly two weeks since i took the mifeprex, i can probably expect to ovulate soon. And i do get these symptoms (sans bleeding) when i ovulate. I'm hoping the bleeding was continued spotting from the mifeprex (i was told it's not uncommon to stop bleeding for days and then to just start up again).

I'm terrified of being pregnant again. We have two beautiful little girls (4 year old and 6 month old) and the only reason we chose termination was because we recently found out my oldest daughter was being sexually abused by a close family member...she needs all the attention right now. We thought this would be the best thing for her.

Before i get chastized about birth control: My crappy OBGYN refuses to tie my tubes and his crappy staff messed up my referral for my Mirena. I was on Orthotricyclene both times i got pregnant. And this time, since we found out about the sexual abuse, it greatly affected out sex life. Since september, we've only had sex 3 times, each time it was with a condom and the last time i even used Plan B. Yeah.

What are the odds that i'm pregnant again? Am i just being paranoid?

Answer
I have many patients like you who have tried all the options and have met an obstacle not of their own making.  Tubal ligation is a touchy subject because of women changing their minds and difficulty with reversal.

That being said, the IUD is the best option. I think the risk  is low because of the bleeding you experienced.  You can bleed off and on with the pill.  For the pain, you can take Ibuprofen 400 to 800 mg every 6 hours and that will help.  Have you had your follow-up yet?
