Post-Abortion Cramps: Causes, Relief & Recovery

Hi,
So I had an abortion a week ago. Two days ago I had severe cramps but kind of normal for me. But now I'm on the second of cramps. It comes as waves. I've been taking Advil, using a heating pad and getting massage. Is there anything I can do to make it go away? I was 11 weeks pregnant when I had the abortion. When will the cramping go away?

Dear Sofia, I just got your email. I hope you are doing ok, I'm concerned about you. I never recommend abortion because of possible complications and other reasons.
