Post-Abortion Experience: Severe Cramps, Vomiting & Diarrhea - Seeking Information

I recently had an abortion over the 19th and 20th the first day felt fine then after leaving the clinic on the second day I done what the nurse had told me to do with the pills but when I got home about 45 minutes later I started to cramp badly, I tried to take a pain killer but I started vomiting at the intensity of the pain, I have honestly never felt so ill in all my life, then with the vomiting came the diarrhea I was just wondering if the medical abortion would still have worked even though I brought everything up shortly after I had taken it all? Also I have another question it's been just over two weeks since I had the procedure done and I stopped bleeding just before two weeks but about two days after I'm bleeding again I don't know weather it's my period or not, is that even possible so soon?

periods after an abortion are unpredictable and irregular for a couple of months, as the pregnancy hormones leave the blood slowly.
If you use the contraceptive pill it wil be regular sooner.
So, there is nothing wrong.. What you need is patience and no unprotected sex as long as you do not want a baby.
There are no safe days !
